UK Deliveries
Orders worth £30 or more are shipped to mainland UK addresses FREE of charge including Sewing machines, Overlockers and other large items which are sent out by our couriers.
Orders under £30.00 shipped to mainland UK addresses will carry a surcharge of £4. Smaller items are sent out via Royal Mail and delivery will normally take 2 to 7 working days. It is our policy that we will endeavour to dispatch our orders on the same or next working day.
International Deliveries
These delivery costs for overseas items are listed below:
The majority of accessories will carry a £6 delivery cost to all overseas countries however certain items which are over 1.5 Kg in weight will incur extra charges which we will inform you about before payment is taken.
Certain European countries are now eligible for FREE delivery for purchases over £199.00. Any purchases under this amount will be charged an additional £16.00 for the courier charges.
Please see the below to see if you are eligible for FREE delivery. All countries listed under Zone A will have the goods (totalling up to a maximum of 30Kg) for absolutely FREE.

Worldwide Shipping
We are able to supply machines to the UK exclusively. We are unable to supply all Machines products outside the UK and Ireland. The warranty on these products supplied from the UK, only applies within those territories

If you order from outside the UK , you may be subject to import duties and taxes, levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges must be borne by you; We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Bought this as I'd had a brother ped 180 and wanted to upgrade. It's brilliant! The instructions were clear, the sewing and embroidery are top notch and I have downloaded designs from the Internet and created some lovely wallhangings, bags etc. If you want to replace an existing sewing machine with one that can create embroidered designs then I would highly recommend this one. Happy sewing!
