UK Deliveries

Orders worth £30 or more are shipped to mainland UK addresses FREE of charge including Sewing machines, Overlockers and other large items which are sent out by our couriers.

Orders under £30.00 shipped to mainland UK addresses will carry a surcharge of £4. Smaller items are sent out via Royal Mail and delivery will normally take 2 to 7 working days. It is our policy that we will endeavour to dispatch our orders on the same or next working day.

 

International Deliveries

These delivery costs for overseas items are listed below:
The majority of accessories will carry a £6 delivery cost to all overseas countries however certain items which are over 1.5 Kg in weight will incur extra charges which we will inform you about before payment is taken.

Certain European countries are now eligible for FREE delivery for purchases over £199.00. Any purchases under this amount will be charged an additional £16.00 for the courier charges.

If the Brother product develops a fault within the guarantee period which has been caused by defective materials or poor workmanship, we will arrange the collection, repair and return at no cost to the customer. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights and excludes expendable parts (such as needles, bulbs, belts, needle threaders, etc), normal wear and tear, negligence and misuse, as stated on the manufacturers guarantee document. The collection and return cover applies to UK mainland addresses only.
